Setelah dipindahkan ke tempat lain, anehnya pada esok harinya batu karang tersebut kembali lagi ke tempat asal. Setiap kali dipindahkan ke tempat lain, selalu saja batu karang itu kembali lagi ke tempatnya. Dari hal aneh inilah muncul petunjuk untuk mendirikan pelinggih di kawasan itu. 3. Sejarah Pura Mobil / Pura Paluang Warga meyakini bahwa yang beristana atau melinggih di pura mobil adalah Ratu Bhatara Gede Sakti Hyang Mami. Ida Bhatara sendiri memiliki kendaraan roda empat yang menyerupai mobil pada saat itu belum ada mobil sejenisnya.
